Get responses from 2 linked Typeforms in 1 Google Sheet

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hello! :)

I'm looking to gather responses from two linked Typeforms into a single Google sheet. Currently, I've managed to merge them into one file, but they remain separated by sheets. What I'm aiming for is to align the answers from the second form alongside the column of responses from the first Typeform.

Kindly check the image below - those are the 2 sheets from 2 linked Typeforms

@mktgfilta - create a new tab and use the ‘key identifier’ field in your forms ie email in both, as the ‘vlookup’ value to bring the data in to the columns in the new tab

i do this for several scenarios including one that has 8 form response tab that are summarized into a ‘reporting tab’ based on the email address that is in each of the 8 other tabs.

hope that helps a bit

Hi 👋 from me is yes, it's possible to get responses from 2 linked Typeform in 1 Google sheet by setting up two separate form submissions that both linked to the same Google sheet. 1) Open the Typeform and select "connect with Google sheet" under the "integrations" tab. 2) Select the Google account you want to link the Typeform to and grant necessary permissions. 3) Choose the Google sheet that you want to the responses to be stored in and set up the mapping of Fields. 4) Repeat the above three steps for the second Typeform, selecting the same Google sheet as the destination.

Keep in mind that Typeform will create two separate sheets within the Google sheet, You can then compare and analyze the data in the combined sheet as needed.
