Is there something wrong with Typeform's submissions?

Hi Everyone,

I did ask a question in the community but I can't find it anymore nor have received a message. Trying again.

Is there something wrong with Typeform's submissions?

I've had a lot of people filling out a form and I can see there's a gap between the results and submissions.

Under insights, it shows me results: 11 and submissions: 12.

Can you help me out, please?

Hi @Junie BP Thanks for stopping by the community! If you haven’t already, I would suggest subscribing to our status page notifications here, which can let you know if there are any issues happening currently or previously. 

That said, were any of the results previously submitted on the form deleted? If you could send a screenshot of what you’re seeing, that would be handy!
