Updating results live in a presentation

Hi! We have an assessment on our website that gives organizations a maturity level in percentage along three axis. The result for each axis is calculated by Typeform. I would like results from all respondents for each of the axis to update in real time in a presentation where people will do this assessment live, either on Canva or Google Slides. Is this at all possible? I’m confused what I have to do on Zapier to do this.

Hi @Audrey Rousse Oh this is interesting! Just so I understand, are you looking to have each individual result show on an axis? For example, there would be a bunch of little dots for each person on a grid?

If so, I don’t believe this would be possible (at least easily). However, would you be able to share the Results report to make it a bit easier to setup? You could embed this into Canva slides to show real-time.

Hi Liz! In the results report, I only have results to each question. Let me be clearer :

We have 15 questions on a scale of 1-5. Let’s say 5 questions are about alignment, 5 questions are about communication and 5 questions are about planning. We then calculate a total in percentage. The results could be 56% for alignment, 82% for communication and 67% for planning.

In my results report (Results > Summary), I don’t have the aggregated data for the calculation, only for each question individually. Does that make sense?

I only see individual scores in the Results >  Results tab, that I can export in csv.

@Audrey Rousse - you would be better suited to connect the form to a Google sheet and using Looker/Google Data Studio - or even a simple graph in google sheet - to pull in the data and show it on screen. you might have to ‘refresh’ the graph onscreen (reload) so that it updates with data as it flows in.
