Title of Columns not displaying on Download File

Hello I have a major problem with TypeForm.

Whenever I download the results / responses into either a CSV or in the XLSL format…

I get blank column titles in the download file.

I’ve tried reaching out to support but they are not responding and I’ve already submitted (2) tickets.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem and know a fix?

Do you mind sharing a screenshot of what you’re seeing? For the column titles, do you mean the questions overall aren’t showing in the spreadsheet?

Yes, please see below. B-F should have a column title.

I’ve never had this issue before and can't seem to resolve it.

They are just standard drop down questions or text questions headers.

I have been using the same template for over 5 months and never had an issue until this time around.
