Hello Typeform Community,
there are different groups which are supposed to fill in the form and we want to know
to which group the respondents belong without asking them.
They differ in the day where they fill in the form.
Is there a way to tag or group certain respondents?

If you are looking to find out, for example, who completed the survey on Monday, who completed the survey on Tues, etc., you could Connect your survey to a Google Sheet and use the functions within the spreadsheet to filter on the submission date/time field that is pushed into the spreadsheet when the user completes the survey.
