Gostaria da ajuda de vocês.. estou usando o Type para a minha empresa, e veiculei um quiz que teve 18000 respostas. Exclui o arquivo, e mesmo aparecendo que as respostas seriam excluídas permanentemente, elas constam no limite de respostas.. alguém consegue me ajudar?

I'd like your help... I'm using Typeform for my company, and I ran a quiz that got 18000 responses. I deleted the file, and even though it appears that the answers would be permanently deleted, they are in the answer limit... can anyone help me?

I hope you don't mind I answer your question in English - this is the official language we use in the Community.
Deleting your responses won't affect your monthly limit. I'm afraid you'd still need to wait until the next month to reset this limit, or upgrade to a higher plan that has a higher response limit.
