Responses missing from submitted form and not displaying upon return

Hello,

We spent several hours over two days completing a Typeform questionnaire in Chrome on Windows. We were about 150 questions through 200. Today when we opened the form, it prompted us to submit. Unfortunately only about 30 of those responses actually went to the recipient and there are 120 missing.

Is there any way for a respondent to access the answers from the local cache? They must be in there, since it had automatically saved so many times. But when we open the form in the browser, it’s now totally blank since it was “submitted.”

HI @Knox Harrington Thanks for stopping by the community. I’m not entirely sure I understand what happened - are there logic jumps on the form that would allow the respondent to skip over the remaining questions and see the submit button? Are the questions on the form required? 

Once the respondent has submitted the form, all the answers they have provided to the form would be sent to your Results, so there isn’t further information you can obtain unless they submit the form again.
