I am looking for a way, without an integration if possible, to send the result of a quiz to a specific email address selected by a response to one of the quiz questions.
e.g. they choose either:
Team A
Team B
Team C
then they complete the quiz and it is sent to the email address of Team A (for example)
Can this be done without Zapier etc?

If you have your form connected to a ESP system, such as Mailchimp, in our integrations section, a workaround would be to apply a tag and then setup a workflow in that ESP to send an email accordingly.
