Notification via e-mail not sent


Hi, even if I set the email notification to send it works for awhile but it just stops sending me notification of completed surveys. It's funny because if I switch to a new email or put my personal, it works great. Please can someone help me understand if exists any block in quantity to send notification our something like that.

We already talked to google with our admin account and the email is normal without blocking

Hi @André Guedes The best thing to do would be to contact our support team directly, as they can see if the email is being blocked in the backend. 

Additionally, you’ll want to be sure any changes to your form are published.
