Can i reactivate my survey when upgrading my response limit

Hi! I went from 50 -250 responses overnight so I didn't have time to upgrade. Now it says my form is closed, but I turned on the auto upgrade feature. Can I still reopen my type form and continue? Also next to my number of responses under results it shows 250 (which was the limit) but has +180 in green next to that. What does that mean?

Hi @lindalefloraltara Wow congrats on all of the responses! (I think that’s a good thing.)

Yes, you can still re-open it! You most likely just need to do so manually following these steps (however, you’ll set the form to open, not closed). 

The +180 means that you had +180 additional responses from the previous time you viewed your results. 😀
