When I download the responses file, the first field is “#”, that I suppose is the Type Form ID, something like this:

I would like to include that field in the self-notification email.

We already secretly hide this value in the notifications. If you scroll down to the bottom of the notification and highlight over the blank space, you’ll see the response ID in white text like this:
