Typeform Submissions -Harassment

Hi,

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can stop someone from using my Typeform? I have been receiving submissions from someone who is trying to bully me. They are using fake names, email address, and phone numbers. 

 

I am wondering if there is an email verification that I could turn on? So the form will only allow you submit if it is a real email address?

 

Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated. Also if anyone knows how I could track down the IP address that would also be extremely helpful.

Hi @Hannah Romans Thanks for stopping by and sorry to hear about the submissions. 😪 I would first suggest contacting our support team here and provide information on which respondents are harassing you to see if they are able to prevent those submissions. 

In the meantime, do you have the form embedded? If so, you could use this workaround below:
