If you want to download your form, there is one solution to retrieve as a JSON file.
Just visit https://api.typeform.com/forms/REPLACE_WITH_YOUR_FORM_ID
And you would see the structure of your form, and all the different questions.
It might not be as pretty as what it usually renders, but it’s one way to keep track of forms you have created.

Typeform doesn't offer the option to download the content, but this is a very good idea and I can see how it would be useful. You'd need to copy the questions and paste it in a word doc. For some extra visibility, you might want to post your suggestion here as well:

Another option to consider is to turn on email notifications and include all questions in the email you receive when someone responds.
You can do this by going to settings, notifications and toggle Email Notifications on under Notify Me.
It displays the standard email you’ll receive including in the body the option to include All Answers. With that, you will receive all questions and answers for each responder.
If all you want is the questions to use in Word, once you’ve done the above, make sure to publish the quiz then answer the questions. You’ll receive an email in your inbox that you can then copy and paste into a Word document - then just delete your answers.
