Hi,

Am I able to re-open a survey? New people are being invited to take the survey so can I just re-open?

Hi @SJP If you’ve manually closed the survey, then you should be able to re-open it by turning on/off the settings shown below:

But if the form was shut off due to reaching a response limit or downgrading your plan, you’ll need to upgrade your plan to re-open the form.
