Customization of confirmation email

Hello, I understand currently we can customize content and title of confirmation email under “Follow-up” section. 

 

I wonder can we add images, header, footer for the email instead of just text?

@Ivan Chang - here’s a quick example of what @Liz describes: 

that will  pull the image into the email on send. 

so in theory, you could place images(banner bar and logo) in the email in such a fashion …

    Hi @Ivan Chang Happy Monday! I hope you’re having a good one so far. Our emails are plain-text, so while we don’t offer any customization options like the ones you’ve mentioned, you could use HTML code to add these in. One thing to note is that we can’t support any issues if the code doesn’t work. 

    Another option would be to send the emails from an email service provider, such as Mailchimp.
