Something went wrong when loading your order, please try again.


Typeform is not letting me upgrade my plan, I keep getting the error below. Billing address and info all updated, correct, and active. Please help!

@catherinemietek - check the status.typeform.com page and you will see an ‘outage’/issue notice

 

you can also raise a ticket with Typeform Support here, so that the billing folks can help you.

Thank you! Just saw all of that after I posted. We have a live typeform out that’s at capacity, so am sweating bullets!
