First come, first served

Does anyone know how to create a webform that has a drop down or similar where respondents can pick from a list of options. The curveball is that I want the options to be removed once any respondent has selected them (so maximum number of times it can be picked).

Essentially this is for a “book a session with me” tool, but there are a finite amount of sessions.

Hi @Rosie Welcome to the community! While you can add a dropdown form to your site, it isn’t possible to automatically remove an option once it has been selected. :(

If you happen to use a calendar system though, you could direct the typeform to that calendar booking system like below to still schedule times!

Would that work for you?

Hi @Rosie did the workaround above work for you at all?

I would also like this option. Calendly is not an acceptable work-around since I want the participants to choose options for topics they will be looking at (one per person, no repeats).
