I want to use Typeform to create a pop survey as a way to get email addresses but also offer our website visitors some value. Long story short, we sell grass seed online. This pop up is to offer a ‘lawn diagnosis for free’, so we collect their email and have a series of questions for them to ask. I need the form to a) collect the address and add it to Klaviyo b) Send the visitors responses to our customer service team to they can give them their ‘lawn diagnosis’.
I can’t see how to do this currently - any help appreciated!
