Our website is built on Cratejoy and when I try to embed the Typeform on the site using either the Popup or the slider or side tab embeding, when the button is clicked, the user is redirected to the seperate url and a new tab rather than remaining on our site.

I was unable to determine why, but this script seems to be in conflict with our embed:

this looks like the JavaScript for the embed snippet was not loaded or fails to catch the click on the button.
Can you check the developer console for any JavaScript errors (before and after you click the button).
If you share your website with embedded typeform I can have a look too.
