Convert Kit not tagging my responses

I have set up Convert Kit correctly on Typeform, I made sure that I connected the account with the API secret, I have set up a tag for each of my endings, I have an email request question, and I “tagged” that question with the CK field “email”. I also made sure that the integration is activated. However, I did a test run of my form and I haven’t received any new subscriber to my CK tag. Any idea why this might be happening?

Hi @Martina Flor Thanks for stopping by the community! Do you happen to be testing with an email that already exists in your ConvertKit account? If so, you’ll want to test with a new one because our integration won’t update existing contacts.
