Hey @johanmarked . Nice to see you here!

@Liz we’re using Zapier to connect Typeform and Zoom for our webinars. Users fill in their registration details (name, surname and email address) then Zapier automatically creates the registrant in Zoom Webinar (or a Meeting event) and sends them the confirmation email with their link.

It sounds more like you want to create a new Zoom meeting when someone joins, right, @johanmarked ? If that’s the case, you can also use the Zapier integration to create a new Zoom meeting when someone fills out the form. For more details and to try it out, check out the integration page on Zapier:

https://zapier.com/apps/typeform/integrations/zoom

If you don’t get on with Zapier, you could use a scenario in Make to achieve the same effect. Check out what’s possible here: https://www.make.com/en/integrations/typeform/zoom

If you don’t want to use a “middleman” like Zapier or Make, you could always use our native Calendly integration, which allows people to book an appointment with you from a block inside the form itself. For more details on that one, check out @Liz ‘s awesome guide:

I hope this helps but if you need more detail, let me know 😀
