Unable to use Github Student Developer plan


I want to use the free professionalplan which the github student developer plan provides. I went to the claim offer website, linked my github account and and then logged in to my typeform account but I get an error message stating something went wrong and thus I am not able to use the free professional plan.

If you're still facing issues make sure to reach out to the billing team, they are best placed to handle this kind of situation.

 

Do you mind creating a ticket with them hereThey will be able to help you further regarding your coupon :hugging:

 

P.S.: Please make sure you use the same email of your Typeform account. This is because tickets that are not raised with the right account will take more time to get a response since non Typeform users have a different priority.

I escalated your case to the billing team and you should have received a confirmation via email that your coupon has been added directly to your account. This means you can now upgrade to a paid plan with 100% off (make sure to select the yearly version).

Hey @Mariana . Yeah I received the email where they asked for the coupon code and I shared the code. Now when I go to the plans section, I am getting an error message at the bottom stating “This coupon can no longer be redeemed”. So I still can’t upgrade to the paid plan.

Hey @Priyanshu99. Yes, they are! 

 

Also, please keep in mind that all Typeform plans are automatically recurring! So, if you want to discontinue at any point you'll need to cancel your plan from your Account Settings section. Otherwise, your plan will be renewed next year (without the discount).

Hello @Mariana, I’m also having the same problem here. I tried all the plans to apply the coupon but it said that ‘The coupon is not valid for the selected plan’
