Number formatting

I’ve seen this mentioned elsewhere…

But It would be good if number formatting was improved by:

1. automatically inserting COMMAS in the numbers. E.g. Instead of 1000000 it would be 1,000,000. (This is important for financial businesses).
2. And the option to add a dollar sign in front of the number.

These are features we definitely need.
