Typeform email isn't being sent to Stripe

I setup a survey with payment and the email address entered isn’t being sent to Stripe. It worked the first time I tested it and Stripe sent an automated receipt to the email address but then it then stopped working and I can’t figure it out.

Is there an issue with the Stripe integration? or am I missing something?

Oh, I see, @DNB . That’s strange. So you are able to see the email when you look individually, just not in the table view? 

It might be a bug then, in which the support team can help you here

Hi @DNB This is expected behavior with the integration. Our stripe integration doesn’t currently send respondent data to Stripe, but I would suggest looking at the workaround in the post below:

@Liz Got it. But email isn’t even showing up in the survey results table. I have to look at each individual record to view the respondents email.

@Liz The other survey in my workspace displays email address in the results table. I can’t figure out why it works for one and not the other?

@Liz I also setup Typeform’s built-in notifcation to respondents, but that isn’t working either.

Oh, I see, @DNB . That’s strange. So you are able to see the email when you look individually, just not in the table view?
