Customized thumbnail link is showing different on facebook to instagram

Hi @Rachael Edis This is a great question! This can happen for a variety of reasons, but one of those might be dependent on whether or not you’ve edited the meta settings in your form. 

If you’ve already done this, you most likely need to update the meta information in Facebook. You can do this using the Sharing debugger.
