Last month i survey useful with Typrform’s monthly plan.
However, from this month i have nothing to use, so I should have canceled it, but I forgot.
I downgraded as soon as the payment was made this month,
but I did not use it. Is it possible to cancel it?
I was aware that it was possible to downgrade while using it, but my English skills were not good, so I thought that all the answers I had right away would disappear when I made a downgrade reservation. sorry.

If you haven’t already, you will need to contact the support team for refund requests via this link and choose the option for the billing team. Make sure you are signed into your Typeform account when you submit your ticket so they can answer you faster.
