About response capacity and plan expiration

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me to solve these doubts:

We are currently paying the 50k business plan, which expires on November 11. If we don't renew it (pay for another month the same plan), can we no longer receive more responses or can we still reach the 50k response capacity after the expiration date?

Another question, does the response capacity add up if we previously paid for 2 months of 10k responses? That is, we can receive 70k (10+10+50)? Or does it not work like that?

Also, is the capacity of responses purchased in total for the whole account or is it per form?

Hi @claminan Thanks for stopping by the community! These are great questions. 

Once your account has reached the response limit, the forms will close to new responses. You can read a bit more about this here. If possible, I would suggest either upgrading or purchasing more responses before this happens to prevent any missed responses.

Our responses do not currently roll over at this time, but I can share this request with the product team. 

Finally, the response limit is for the account as a whole, not just one form.
