Changing payment method to paypal

Hi there.
I need to change the payment method from credit card to paypal.
Typform offers that switch but no action can be clicked after the information.
Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

Hi @manglernoller Huh, that is definitely not normal. It might be worth reaching out to our billing team here to see if there is anything in the account or backend that might be preventing the paypal option from working.

    Hi @manglernoller What browser are you using to make the payment? If you’re not using Chrome, do you mind giving that a try to see if that makes a difference?

    Dear Liz. Thanks for your reply. I tried Chrome & Safari. It makes no difference at all. 
    How can I solve this issue, that normally should only take 1 minute to solve? Thanks, Esther
