I would like to know if we were able to put some registration number on the forms.
For example, each new answer in the forms will have the record number, form 001, 002, 003 and so on.

if you wanted to extend thinking out to using Google Sheets for example, you could Connect your typeform to the Sheet and have all the responses loaded into the sheet. you could then create a custom registration number automatically (start row 1 with 202100001 and have it increment by 1 for each row) that could be used to update your system.
