Question - with the free version, it says unlimited forms with 10 questions each, but only 10 answer submissions per month…. does that mean per form or in total? Bit confused.

10 questions: includes welcome screen, all questions and any endings (including default ending) that might be in there.. so if you can’t publish your first form because of ‘too many questions’ message, that is reason
and it is 10 submissions of your quiz. when someone pushes the submit button to record their answers it counts as 1
