Hi there,

I have purchased Professional Yearly Plan in Feb but it charged EUR 0.00 to my credit card, I thought maybe they will charge me at the end of the billing period.

Now I am trying to unsubscribe the plan and it shows that I’ve been using Free Plan.

 

Do you have any idea if I purchased the plan successfully at the first place?

I just deleted my credit card info but cannot find ‘unsubscribe’ or ‘cancel’ button, and am afraid that I might need to pay for another period later.

If you haven't been charged nor haven't been upgraded to Professional, it seems your upgrade didn't go through. Most likely there was something wrong with the payment/your card.

 

As you're on the free plan already, in fact, there wouldn't be an option to cancel your plan. Also, even if you were supposed to be charged, your plan won't be renewed due to failed payment because you've removed the card details. :)

 

Are you willing to stop using Typeform? If so, do you mind sharing why? Your feedback is important to us!
