Choosing wrong subscription plan

I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for a period of time.

Buy they subscribed me to the annual plan and I cannot afford the price 

I already sent an email and a message because this is urgent and I have no response.

 

And I need to get the refund the paid was happen just 30 minutes ago
