education discount not showing when upgrade

Hi there, when I try to upgrade my plan the education discount that I qualified for is not showing anymore. It was there before the system upgrade a few weeks ago. Please help.

I would recommend contacting the support team to help with this one, as we don’t have access to your account in the community. Was it for Typeform or VideoAsk? Just want to make sure I share the correct support link here for you!
