Multiple Choice Error

We keep getting an error message asking us to make a selection for a multuple choice question; even though a selection was made (see snippet below):

@andrea23 - can you show the screen in the builder where you have the question and the details on the right hand side for allowing multiple selects? just to check the parameters that you have set..
