in the best case, the leads in my videoask end up booking a date in the calendar. Is it possible to display an alternative button next to the displayed calendar?

It’s not possible to add a button where the calendar step is (I’m guessing you want to give a second option for people that are not ready to book?)
You could try creating a step before the calendar step, using the multiple choice answer type offering one button to book which would lead to the calendar booking step and then the second button could lead down an alternative route - depending on where you want to direct people that aren’t ready to book?
