Hello,
I uploaded my synthesia-made video to the videoask. However, the original version does not fit the screen, it is too focused. If I choose 'fit the video' option, then it there is a big plack gap on the upper side and down side of the video. How can I fix this problem?

What are the dimensions of the video?
It’s best practice to upload videos that were produced in a 16:9 (landscape) aspect ratio. For example, 1920x1080 pixels or 1280x720 pixels. Additionally, the subject should be centered within the frame as much as possible.

It is 16x9 and 1920 x 1080, but the subject is not in the center. Any other way to work it around?
