Cannot call VideoAsk's URL variables to "redirect to URL" to feed Typeform's hidden variables

I created a VideoAsk, and added name and email as hidden variables in VideoAsk’s URL. By doing that, I can skip asking my users for that data again, since I already have it.

Now, when they complete the VideoAsk, I need to redirect them to Typeform. So, by the end of the VideoAsk, I am using the “redirect to URL” feature, to redirect them to typeform.

I need to be able to pass along that data from VideoAsk’s hidden variables (name and email) to Typeform, via Typeform’s hidden variables.

Hi @albertoniego you may have already seen this, but we have a Help Center guide here that walks you through the set up of redirecting from a videoask to a typeform and passing variables across. If that’s still not working, it might be worth reaching out to the support team (support@videoask.com) with a screen recording of the set up so they can investigate why the variables aren’t passing to the typeform.
