Hello! I have 2 issues thats I can’t find help on:
1)My form saying it’s closed when I don’t have a single answer collected on the form.
2)Needing the quiz results to have a page showing their quiz summed results.

it may look different to you based on the plan options that i have/you have but this is where you can check to see that it is open - the form in the image is open.
make sure you have published the form tho.
you have a statement page in the video - you can use the @recall feature to add the value of their scores to that page along with other text. you can do the same on an ending as well..
