Hello Typeform/VideoAsk Support,
I recently made a payment using Chargebee via the following link:

The payment was successful, but my VideoAsk account (registered with the email chonlathep1999@gmail.com) has not been activated yet.
It has been more than 24 hours since the payment, and I haven’t received any confirmation or access to the upgraded features.
Could you please verify my payment and activate the account accordingly?
