If I receive a testimonial video on the free plan (with video ask branding on it), can I keep this video when I upgrade to the payed plan and just change the branding to my own companies?

Any videos/responses you’ve already collected (or created) in your VideoAsk inbox will still be there when you upgrade.
If you then decide to downgrade at a later date, you’ll still see all your videoasks and responses in the inbox, you just won’t have access to the paid features again.
