'Sorry that didn't work' response at the same question

I’ve made a form with logic jumps and on specific answer this is what the page brings me to, rather than the set logic jump I’ve chosen. I’ve tried the preview form on multiple devices but still brings me to this page...Any idea on the issue?

Hi @Gemma McGuinness Huh, that’s a strange error. Do you mind taking a video of what happens to lead you to this error? This will give me a better idea of why the error message is appearing. Thanks in advance!
