My survey hasn't reached the promised 1000 responses and it's no longer gathering data, why?

@sbs - from another fellow user: the 1000 response limit is not just on a single survey, it is across all the results that have been submitted during testing, etc. and include ALL your typeforms - if you have multiple forms active or in process of testing, those responses all count in your monthly totals.

if you are on the New Builder version, you may also want to check your Access and Scheduling details to see if anything has been set there to restrict the numbers, if the preceding does not apply:

Hi @sbs ,

From a fellow community member - happy to help if I can!

When you say your survey is no longer gathering data, can you provide more details? I’m curious if you’re seeing responses in Typeform and not seeing that same data in an integrated app like Salesforce or Hubspot.

Hi Vicki,

I currently have 900 responses and whenever someone clicks on the link to participate in the survey, the following message appears

Which means that the typeform is no longer accepting responses :(
