I want to do a typeform assessment with my clients that would output recommendations based on how they answer (and would also give links as to where on my site they should go to access next steps). I just want to know if this is possible before I subscribe to a paid plan.
The form would basically ask yes/no or multiple choice questions. Depending on how they answer, could the form give a “handout/document/page” that the person can be given, immediately following the completion of the form, that would have recommendations based on the information put in?
I’m not sure if this is where I should go to find out this information… please advise.

@RaeMo - you could create a variable for each question into which you could input the respective text for the yes/no answers to your questions - these variables could then be @recalled into a statement page, an ending or even into a follow-up notification email
something along these lines:
create variables like this:
v_q1 text
v_q2 text
…
in q1, based on the selection of yes or no you can ‘fill in’ the variable..
if q1 = YES then replace v_q1 with ‘Many of us spend too much time focusing on budgets and not on cash flow. You should look into our Cash Flow Banking course’
if q1 = NO then replace v_q1 with ‘Sounds like you understand the difference between budgeting and Cash Flow Banking. cool’
repeat for all the questions .. then at the end you would have a collection of ‘recommendations’ set in the variables that you can have available for recall as outlined above.
just a thought - i have used this for several quizzes.
Hi @RaeMo Happy Wednesday! I hope you’re having a great week so far.
Have you taken a look at our personality quiz? This should allow you to do what you’re looking for along with using our redirect feature to send your respondents to any documents.
I just checked out the personality quiz and that one wont work for what I’m trying to do.
With each question a respondent answers, I will want a specific recommendation made based on their yes or no answer. Then I would want those recommendations given at the end or the “quiz.” Is that possible?

@RaeMo This is my personal opinion, but I would suggest starting with one of the personality quiz templates! Even if you end up removing everything, I think it makes the form building process more approachable. (Or at least it does for me ha)
@Liz So I start with the personality quiz templates and do what @john.desborough said to do? Is there a tutorial for this? I’d really love to be able to get the paid plan if I can figure out how to make this work for what I need it for. I am totally new to this platform… I don’t consider myself super slow, but I don’t understand what @john.desborough was talking about, though it gave me hope that it can be done. 😅
Hi @RaeMo Yes, that’s what I’d suggest starting with! We don’t currently have a tutorial for this since it’s a specific use case, but once you’ve got the personality quiz setup, let us know, and we’re happy to help answer questions about the logic jumps and variables. 😀
