Mobile Autolaunch Issue with Typeform – Seeking Solutions

Hello Typeform Community,

I am encountering a problem with my Typeform where it does not autolaunch on mobile devices; instead, it waits for a manual click to start. This issue seems to be specific to mobile platforms, as it functions as expected on desktop environments.

Could you please provide insights or solutions to enable autolaunch for the Typeform on mobile? I am looking for a way to have the form initiate automatically when the page is loaded, without requiring user interaction to begin the process.

Any advice or settings recommendations that could resolve this would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your assistance!

My website is: https://toplaw-academy.co.il/ (The main button in the screenshot says “Start”)

Look at the very end of article - section “Embedded typeforms on mobile”.

You are looking for this setting on the share page:

Alternatively you could add data-tf-inline-on-mobile attribute in your embed code.

Hi @toplaw Happy Monday! I hope you’re having a great week so far.

It looks like you’ve embedded the form using custom code, so I’m tagging @mathio to see if he has any insights on this! 😀

Hello @toplaw,

If you are using embed SDK or snippet from share page, I think you are looking for making the embed “inline on mobile” - click to see help article with details.

Hi guys! Thanks for the replies! I visited the article and didn’t find a solution to my issue - On mobile only, visitors are still seeing “Start” before the form is opened. Any ideas on how to solve this?
