I can only get 6 questions types. There should be many more I assume (including the payment one, which I need). Do I need to activate something or what? Hope you can help.

Why do I only have 6 questions types available on Essential plan?

this comes from a user.
hover your cursor over the list of questions and use the scroll wheel. there is no scroll bar.. you should be able to see all your question types then .. you can see from my images that there are more questions below and above but no scroll bar

Changedthe mouse to one where the scroll wheel worked and got a larger selection
