Payment issue with some credit cards using Stripe integration

Hello, we use the tool for credit card payments, Stripe, on a Typeform form, and our clients sometimes encounter issues with payment failures or rejections when they confirm the payment. I should note that this does not happen with all cards (fortunately!) but here are the characteristics of an example card, where there were sufficient funds (since we were the ones testing it): Type: Visa debit card Issuer: Lloyds Bank Plc 3D Secure: Authenticated via 2.2.0

The authentication process initiates correctly, and we can validate it, but the error message blocks the whole process. (See attached photo).

Therefore, we do not know if the problem truly stems from Stripe or Typeform. Thank you for your help.

Hm, it’s just happening randomly, right @Jordan-Immersive-ambition ? If so, our technical support team can take a closer look at the errors if you contact them here. 😀

Hi @Jordan-Immersive-ambition Happy Friday! Thanks for stopping by the community and apologies for the trouble. This message usually appears if the card is declining the purchase. For example, if the card doesn’t recognize the charge, it might decline, and the respondent would need to contact their bank to confirm they’re making the charge.

Do you happen to know if this might be the case?

Hello, thank you for this initial feedback, but that's not the case. The authentication starts on the client side, and the error message on Typeform appears automatically and very quickly. It's a standard Visa card, I can't see where the problem is coming from.
