test with correct/incorrect answers

can I make a test with answer options and at the end the user will be given the number of points, if he scores 40 then he passed the test correctly

We have an article here that can walk you through showing the correct/incorrect answers.

As for showing a score at the end, you can recall the score variable, which will show them how many points they got.
