What should I do to ensure that the person responding to a survey is, in fact, the person to whom the form was sent?

Thanks!

Hi @Alejandro Kemp Thanks for stopping by the community! You could add an identifying question to your form, such an email, to know who exactly answered the form. However, we don’t have an exact way to ensure that person was the one to submit the form. You could also embed the form onto your website behind a password protected page.
