how to limit usage of specific choices

Hi all

I would like to use a Matrix template to give approx. 35 clients an opportunity to select dates of our phone calls. The offered dates would be obviously the choices - the columns, there will be four such columns. The clients will be in rows, there will be 35 rows. I also want my clients to be able to see which dates were selected by all of them.

The problem is that each call date (column) should have maximum capacity of 10 clients (otherwise the call will be chaos).

How can I restrict the number of selections for each column?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @Pruvodcejohanka Thanks for stopping by! I’m afraid we don’t have this feature available in our matrix question, but have you thought of using the Calendly integration instead?

Is it possible to limit responses under a specific choice on a multiple choice question?

For instance, if you had a size run for shoes: 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, etc.

Would it be possible to limit the response to that specific question with the multiple choice options once 50 responses have been collected for EACH size?

So once 50 responses for 7.5 have been collected, it’s no longer available as a selection.  That kind of situation.

Has anyone used Typeform for something like this?

Hi @AIRO_Creative Happy Friday! I added your post here where we have a similar question. We don’t have a feature that allows adding a response limit, but I’ll add your vote to this feature request!
