I have a 9 question quiz that has 9 possible results, each result corresponding to an individual question. Is there a way to make a quiz that will give each individual user multiple outcomes based on each question?
The questions do not have a correct/incorrect answer, rather yes/no responses that categorize users.
Example: User answers “yes” to 3/9 questions, they then get a page that has 3 results/outcomes.
Secondary requests:
- It would be nice if the results page could have an image and description to accompany each result for each user.
- To start with, I had this quiz at 18 questions, with 4 questions each corresponding to 2-3 results, and the answer options being yes/no/often/sometimes. I made it simpler just to try and get it done. But it would be ideal if I could set it up so that answering “often” to questions 1 and 2 would still give you result #1. Or if answering “yes” to either question 3 or 4 would give you result #2 even if you said “no” to the other.
Please explain like I’m 5. I am 33 but I am not good with math, computers, or anything outside of linguistics.
